Adam Radcliffe joined Clear Path in 2021 and is a Principal with responsibility for the implementation of investment strategies, origination of new opportunities, debt and equity capitalization, and structuring joint ventures.
After graduating from the University of Denver, Adam was an Associate at Singerman Real Estate, an opportunistic private equity real estate firm in Chicago, Illinois.
In 2015, Adam founded Outpost Investments to provide tailored commercial real estate advisory and investment services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices, primarily in the Denver and Chicago markets.
Over the last decade, Adam has overseen the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of over 5.3 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use real estate, surpassing $1.5 billion in asset value.
Adam lives in Durham, North Carolina, with his wife and son.
