Clear Path Asset Management (“Clear Path”), a boutique real estate investment manager founded by Dan Magid, announced today the recent acquisition of the neighborhood center at 7210 Broad River Road in Irmo, South Carolina. This transaction marks Clear Path’s fourth investment, and its first activity in South Carolina.
“We carefully considered our expansion beyond the borders of North Carolina, and this property was an excellent opportunity to begin that effort,” said Dan Magid. “Irmo is one of Columbia’s best submarkets. We see tremendous near-term opportunities to improve the property through aggressive leasing efforts to drive occupancy up to a range consistent with the local market.”
