This transaction marks Clear Path’s third investment in the last seven months, and its first activity in the Charlotte office market.

11010 David Taylor Drive, originally built in 2003, is a highly desirable medical office surrounded by the excellent demographics of Charlotte’s University City submarket. The office is located in a heavily amenitized area near the signalized intersection of two roads providing direct access to both I-85 and I-485.
