Charlotte Industrial Portfolio Expanded with “Last Mile” Acquisition

Clear Path Asset Management (“Clear Path”), a real estate investment manager founded by Dan Magid, announced today the recent acquisition of the “last mile” industrial property located at 4300 Barringer Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina.
