Clear Path Asset Management (“Clear Path”), a leading commercial real estate investment manager, announced today its acquisition of Mooresville Commons, a three (3) building, 45,000 square foot essential service retail center located in Mooresville, North Carolina (the “Property”). This addition to Clear Path’s portfolio marks the firm’s 11th acquisition in the Carolinas.
“We are excited to add Mooresville Commons to our portfolio,” said Dan Magid, Managing Principal of Clear Path Asset Management. “Mooresville is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the country, and we’re eager to benefit from this growth. Retail and small-business operators are in desperate need of quality retail spaces, and we believe this center is a compelling opportunity. We would love to acquire similar centers at the right price.”
The property, built in 2008, was acquired from a private seller. Clear Path plans near-term property improvements to enhance the asset’s appeal to retail tenants and further support the growing Mooresville community.
