Acquisition of Industrial Property in Wilmington, NC

Clear Path Asset Management (“Clear Path”), a leading commercial real estate investment manager, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Maritime North Business Park, an eight-building, 138,500-square-foot flex/industrial campus located in Wilmington, North Carolina. This transaction marks Clear Path’s 12th acquisition in the Carolinas.

Developed between 2022 and 2025, Maritime North was acquired from a private seller and is currently 85% leased. The remaining vacancies are located in the two newest buildings, offering immediate leasing opportunities.
