Scott Selig is a Senior Advisor to Clear Path, and the Associate Vice President of Capital Assets and Real Estate for Duke University. He has over three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors of the commercial real estate industry, with unlimited connectivity in Durham.
At Duke, Scott is charged with developing and implementing the overall real estate strategy for Duke University and the Duke University Health System. He also plays a major role in the development and revitalization of downtown Durham for Duke, including the development and implementation of the Durham Innovation District and American Tobacco. He is a member of the Research Triangle Park (RTP) Real Estate Development Committee. Through his management of Duke’s real estate portfolio, Scott has an unparalleled viewpoint on trends impacting office, medical and industrial real estate.
Scott holds an MBA from Duke University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Washington in Seattle.
